How do I make a cleaning appointment?
Simply click the "Book Now" link and fill out the form. Our customer service will send you an email the same business day confirming the reservation. You can also call 216-285-3105 to book your cleaning service.
What's the next step after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review this email to verify all the information is correct.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!
Do you offer a Guarantee?
We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate and re-clean. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. Please note that no refunds will be offered without allowing us a chance to re-clean.
Is Allied Professional Cleaning Services Ltd. insured?
Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at email@example.com and we'll send you our current documentation.
How many hours is a typical cleaning service
There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current condition of your home.
When will I be charged?
When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically be billed after each cleaning is complete.
I've never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?
While we make every effort to keep all homes within our flat rate pricing' homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat rate fee.
Are you a pet friendly service?
Do tell Allied Professional Cleaning Services about any pets you have. Please be considerate of someone who may have pet allergies, as well as a possible phobia of your favorite furry animal. In addition, your pet may not be comfortable with a stranger entering the house and may need containment or removal from the home during the time of the cleaning appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.
